The 14th edition of Cairo International Jazz Festival (CJF) takes place from 27 October to 4 November 2022 at the old campus of the American University in Cairo, now called AUC Tahrir Cultural Center., with its Main Stage proudly being at Ewart memorial hall that has witnessed legendary artists, like Oum Kolthoum, Louis Armstrong, Artie Shaw, Herbie Hancock among many more.

 

Sixteen countries will celebrate Jazz this year with over 100 musicians : Egypt, Germany, USA, Denmark, Italy, Malta, Portugal, France, Austria, Hungary, Switzerland, Lithuania, The Netherlands, Morocco, Norway and Brazil 

CJF presents this year a rich program that includes 28 live concerts in addition to workshops, Jazz for Kids, film screenings, Jam sessions, JAZZ TALKS, and photo exhibition.

Additional performances will take place in collaboration with Jesuit Cultural Center and Bibliotheca Alexandrina, in addition to Jazz Beyond Stage after-hours club gigs at Cairo Jazz Club
